Ultimate
Ultimate is our premium system which is made out of 304 grade stainless steel tube that we polish.
This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws.
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fuelled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.
The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the tube size.
