Terms & Conditions

  1. All goods remain the property of Beaudesert Exhaust until payment is received in full
  2. No Warranty or Refund will be accepted on Exhaust Systems or Parts once they have been modified

 

Return Policy

Product fault

Beaudesert Exhaust will, at our discretion, provide a replacement component or refund the purchase price for products with inherent defects returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date subject to the following:

  • You must contact us by phone or email prior to returning the part or system.
  • The part or system must not have been damaged or tampered with in any way.
  • The part or system being received by us – we recommend using a freight service with insurance and tracking, Beaudesert Exhaust cannot be held responsible for a component or system until it is received by us.
  • The returned component or system having been inspected and/or tested by us.
  • The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the component or system.  Beaudesert Exhaust will pay the shipping charges to send the replacement component or system to you within Australia.

Incorrect order

In the event that an incorrect component or system has been purchased, Beaudesert Exhaust may, at our discretion, accept the return of the component or system and credit the purchase price excluding the actual shipping charge, (actual shipping charges may be different to the shipping paid on the original order as we cover any extra charges imposed by the shipper) and less a re-stocking fee of 10% applied at our discretion.  The product must be in unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Credits are at the discretion of Beaudesert Exhaust and are subject, not inclusive of:
  • You must contact us by phone or email, and gain our agreement to accept the return, prior to returning the component or system.
  • The component or system being received back to us within 7 days of having been received by you. The cost of returning the component or system is the responsibility of the purchaser – we do not accept “receiver pays” shipments.
  • The component being received back to us “as new” - unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We are unable to accept back exhaust systems or components that have been fitted to a vehicle.
  • The component or system being received by us – we recommend using a freight service with insurance and tracking, Beaudesert Exhaust cannot be held responsible for a component or system until it is received by us.

Please be aware that credits or refunds issued by Beaudesert Exhaust will not include the original freight charge. The refunded amount will be reduced by the actual freight cost incurred to send the product to the purchaser. Please note that this reduction may exceed the amount charged at the time of order, as we cover any additional charges imposed by the shipping company. By placing an order with Beaudesert Exhaust, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. However, please ensure that the goods meet the following conditions:

  • The goods are returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.
  • You have a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Please note that special or custom orders are excluded from this policy.

It is important to understand that this change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, you will be eligible for a refund for the item(s) returned.

Please be aware that a restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders, and this fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Incorrect or Faulty Items
At Beaudesert Exhaust, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately so that we can work towards resolving the issue as soon as possible.
