Rugged

Rugged is our standard system which is made out of 441 grade stainless steel tube.

Ultimate

Ultimate is our premium system which is made out of 304 grade stainless steel tube that we polish in-house.

Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in our workshop in South East Queensland, this high quality exhaust system includes:

• Replacement Dump Pipe off turbo in 3”  – 2mm wall thickness, Ceramic coated
• Oxygen Sensor fitting welded onto dump pipe – Standard in all systems
• Suits SR20DET – with factory location exhaust manifold with T25/T28 framed turbos
• Double braided stainless steel flex joint standard on all systems – inner and outer braid makes the flex joint stronger
• Euro 3 Standard 200 cell hi-flow Catalytic Converter
• Replacement block rubber is included in kit for gearbox mount
• 2 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates
• Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm 304 grade stainless steel flat bar and 12mm 304 grade stainless steel round bar for quality and strength
• Systems are available in 441 stainless steel or 304 grade polished stainless steel
• Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
• Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
• Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight
• Freighted Australia wide with insurance in a prompt time frame

Options for exhaust

Road cars must have a catalytic converter due to ADR laws. Track cars have the option of having a catalytic converter in or not.

Perforated straight through mufflers or the choice of no mufflers for track cars.

No rear muffler comes with straight 3” tube

Decibel reading with both mufflers is 88DB – Good for street registered cars

Decibel reading with no centre muffler and with rear muffler fitted is 92DB – Louder street use

May not fit all body kits, tested on standard rear bar.

*The no muffler pipe is designed for off road use only.
