Rugged
Our Rugged range is produced with 441 grade Stainless Steel tube and 304 grade Stainless Steel hangers and supports, mufflers and flex joints. Supplied in a RAW finish.

Ultimate
Ultimate systems are complete High Polished 304 grade Stainless Steel tube. Polished to a high luster these are the best systems available on the market.

The Beaudesert Exhaust system is a true twin 3” design which removes the flattened section under the gearbox allowing for less heat and easier gearbox servicing. The system routes behind the gearbox cross member, eliminating excess heat on and around the gearbox, and lowering gearbox temperature during use. This exhaust has been designed with a focus on high flow, low restriction for maximum performance.

Included in this kit is Beaudesert Exhaust’s 2mm wall thickness Stainless Steel, 3″ 4 into 1 extractors with internal merge spike.  These feature self-locating V-band clamps between the extractors and engine pipes for longevity which removes the need for a gasket at this high temperature area. Supplied coated in Cerakote Ceramic Coatings and will perform at temperatures up to 980°C, they set the industry standard in high temperature coatings. Cerakote is the world’s leading manufacturer of thin-film ceramic coatings and technology.

Complete with replacement high flow Catalytic Converters and rear 02 sensor extensions that have been specially designed ensuring no engine management issues and no tuning is required. 

Exhaust tone has been tuned to provide an mildly aggressive tone that isn’t over the top, with no drone during regular driving or towing.

Finished with 5″ 316 Stainless Steel double wall exhaust tips fit the rear bar cutouts perfectly.
