NISSAN PATROL 2012- Current Y62 5.6L Petrol Exhaust

Built for power and comfort, Beaudesert Exhaust’s Y62 Patrol sports exhaust really has Performance With Bite! Our complete mandrel bent stainless steel systems will be sure to last with your car, whatever you throw at it. Designed, Bent and Fabricated in South East Queensland, with focus on performance and flow with no drone.

Using the factory exhaust path, Beaudesert Exhaust’s system upsizes the engine pipes to 2.5” lowering exhaust pressure and temperature, whilst also increasing flow. These pipes then merge into a single 3” tube for the remainder of the system.

This system features self-locating V-band clamp system throughout. Not only does this make installation a breeze with the ability to make small adjustments as required, it also removes all exhaust gaskets so you will never have to worry about having an exhaust leak due to a failed gasket. All systems in the range feature braced 12mm 304 grade Stainless Steel hangers and muffler supports. The anti-vibration rubber that is installed on your original exhaust is retained, with a mount featured in the same location to bolt the rubber on.

Fitment has been tested with the Raslarr rear bar and LRA long range fuel tank.

Cat back exhaust – Bolting up behind the primary Catalytic Converters, the Cat back system increases exhaust flow and noise level can be selected with the choice of either rear muffler (mild note) or no rear muffler (louder note).

Full exhaust including Extractors and high flow Catalytic Converters – Expanding the above cat back design, Beaudesert Exhausts own 2mm wall thickness Stainless Steel, 2.5″ Tri-Y extractors and high flow Catalytic Converters. Supplied coated in Cerakote, these Extractors are ready to handle up to 1000°C. Dyno testing has seen an increase of 20hp and 50Nm of torque! Tuning isn’t required and no engine management issues by bolting onto a standard car.

Rugged
Our Rugged range is produced with 441 grade Stainless Steel tube and 304 grade Stainless Steel hangers and supports, mufflers and flex joints. Supplied in a RAW finish.

Ultimate
Ultimate systems are complete High Polished 304 grade Stainless Steel. Polished to a high lustre these are the best systems available on the market.

Options for exhaust

The No Rear Muffler pipe is a replacement section that replaces the rear muffler to gain a louder note.
