Our complete mandrel bent stainless steel systems will be sure to last with your car, whatever you throw at it. Designed, Bent and Fabricated in South East Queensland, with focus on performance and flow with no drone.

The Beaudesert Exhaust system uses the factory exhaust path, but takes away all the restrictions lowering exhaust pressure and temperature, whilst also increasing flow. These pipes are a true twin 3” tube for the whole exhaust system unlike factory where it is flattened under the gearbox sump.

This system features self-locating V-band clamp system from the extractors and engine pipes. The rear half of this system features 2 bolt 10mm 304 grade stainless steel flange plates. All systems in the range feature braced 14mm 304 grade Stainless Steel hangers and muffler supports.

Included in this kit is Beaudesert Exhaust’s 2mm wall thickness Stainless Steel, 3″ 4 into 1 extractors.  These feature self-locating V-band clamps between the extractors and engine pipes for longevity which removes the need for a gasket at this high temperature area. Supplied coated in Cerakote Ceramic Coatings and will perform at temperatures up to 980°C, they set the industry standard in high temperature coatings. Cerakote is the world’s leading manufacturer of thin-film ceramic coatings and technology. Our high flow Catalytic Converters are specially designed ensuring no engine management issues and no tuning required.

Rugged
Our Rugged range is produced with 441 grade Stainless Steel tube and 304 grade Stainless Steel hangers and supports, mufflers and flex joints. Supplied in a Raw finish.

Ultimate systems are complete High Polished 304 grade Stainless Steel tube. Polished to a high luster these are the best systems available on the market.
