Exhaust will fit around larger shock absorbers, larger tires and replacement rear long range fuel tanks. Toolboxes behind the wheels need 170mm minimum clearance from inside of toolbox to chassis rail.

The oxygen sensor is fitted back into our exhaust in the exact same place as factory exhaust. This exhaust will not fit with belly auxiliary long range fuel tanks.


This exhaust starts after the Diesel particulate filter (DPF) to comply with ADR laws.


A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) reduces the emissions from diesel fuelled vehicles. The filter traps diesel soot and once it is full it must be cleaned. This occurs through a process called “regeneration”, where the diesel particles are burnt off at high temperatures.


The DPF is not the only restriction in your exhaust. The factory pipe size and muffler both contribute to some loss in power and torque. On the factory exhaust system the airflow is restricted by the chambered internals of the muffler, as well the reduced size tube on each end. For vehicles fitted with a DPF our exhaust kits come standard with a small resonator this gives your vehicle the best airflow.


We have found through research and development that a 3 1/2” exhaust system performs better than any other size for this vehicle. Mandrel bent, welded and manufactured in our workshop in South East Queensland, this high quality exhaust system includes:

  • Exhaust starts after Diesel Particulate Filter to comply with ADR laws

  • No muffler pipe is available for a louder note
  • 3 bolt 8mm flange plates for aluminised systems
  • 3 bolt 10mm flange plates for stainless systems
  • Reinforced brackets with supports – 5mm flat bar for quality and strength
  • Systems are available in aluminised steel or a quality 304 grade polished stainless steel
  • Zinc plated locking nuts and bolts
  • Fitting Kit and easy to follow instructions
  • Boxed and bubble wrapped for freight

Options for exhaust
The additional no muffler pipe is a replacement pipe that bolts in place of the muffler or resonator to gain maximum note, $200 for aluminised steel systems or $210 for stainless steel 304 grade systems*

You can also change the look of your exhaust with our tailpipe options: (standard tailpipe included)

  • Stainless steel tip tig welded on the aluminised steel system $65 extra
  • Stainless steel tailpipe on aluminised steel system $165 extra
